Currently, I work as a Job Coach for My Innovative Services.   I  Started out as a Public School Teacher, Reading Specialist, Dairy Farm Wife,  Fashion Designer.  Then Restaurant Owner.   Residential Treatment Center staff member. Public Speaker,  Day Care & After-School Program Provider,   In-Home Elderly Care Provider,  Radio Program On-Air, Program Developer, Psychotherapist.  Director of Sales & Marketing.  Aspiring Author, with a passion for  community involvement in the Stratford Area Chamber of Commerce, the Stratford Area Historical Society,  and NAMI, (National Alliance for the Mentally Ill).  All of these experiences were interesting and rewarding . . . but what's important now is  . . .

Original Stories that Illuminate a Universal Truth

Over the years, I've written I don't know how many "things."   Every time I had an idea for a story, I'd run to my computer, and type furiously, trying to get it out of my head before it vanished, or an idea for another story came along.  I have some boxes . . . and file drawers . . . and folders . . .   and my head!   Here are some of those "things."

Holley's Story

On Craig's List, we found a bedroom set.  "It's like something from a fairy tale, " they said.  It was beautiful!  Why was she selling it?  To pay for her trip to India . . .

The Keepsake Box

"Become a storehouse of your child's most cherished memories."   Show your child that you accept and value them for who they are.   What would be in the Keepsake Box you keep?

Don't Let Go

The story of a little boy, whose actions provide a simple message, revealing  a truth about the the Holy Spirit.

A Gardener

Whether you have a "green thumb" or not, each of us can cultivate more than plants throughout our lives.  Let me share with you what I've grown . . .

On the left, my granddaughter peers at make-up tutorials on Internet (when she thinks I'm not watching.) Next to that, my son is on the top of one of his towers that gets that Internet to her.  The last photo is where I went on my vacation . . . without the Internet.
